How do you track your productivity?
I think I am technically supposed to track it for work purposes. Or its unofficially tracked for me by superiors. I think its a difficult thing to do personally because A)it might be unproductive to track your own productivity and B)it can be very disappointing to see how little you get done someitmes or how inefficient you may be with certain tasks. Generally though, tracking hours spent at each task of the day (or process in a job) in a simple excel sheet and comparing to budgeted hours is what I have to use and have heard others use.

How do you find new music?
Word of mouth still beats any technology. Good commercials have also become a good source. The whole of iTunes. More specifically, certain podcasts in iTunes that act as crawlers and collect new music posted to various music blogs and give you a few new songs each day to download. PS Do you have any new good music?
